About the Album
Oleksandr has compiled a series of original compositions that he feels represent his personal exploration of the spiritual power of music. He formed a band with some of the leading jazz musicians from Denmark featuring New York double bassist , Doug Weiss. The music from “Paws Up”is characterised by strong unison lines, at the same time atmospheric and full of energy. In this project Oleksandr combines his strong gratitude to the jazz tradition together with honest melodies from the soul collected worldwide…
