About the Album
Musical Alchemy: A Fusion of Duke's Legacy and Contemporary Flair Inspired by the legacy of Duke Ellington, Lucia Fodde weaves her vocal artistry through the rich tapestry of 'Mood Indigo.' The quintessential sound of the Rhodes, the soulful resonance of the trumpet, the rhythmic pulse of the electric bass, and the heartbeat of the drums create a contemporary symphony that pays homage to jazz royalty. Prelude to 'Harlem Beats': 'Mood Indigo' promises a journey blending jazz tradition with modern allure.
