The Danish quintet Bagland is almost ready with a new release. A hypnotic groove circling around like a Ferris wheel, once in while it slows down, even stops and then goes on. On “Cirkel” the muted trumpet and slide guitar telling melancholic stories but always with a glimpse of hope.
