Integrada por dos músicos de Brooklyn (Erik Deutsch a los teclados; Ben Rubin al bajo), un vasco (Borja Barrueta a la batería) y, además de Soler, otro catalán (Marc Pino, a la marimba y el vibráfono), la banda tanto versiona a Portishead como un ballet para orquesta de cuerda de Paul Hindemith, con desarrollos de post-rock, música contemporánea, jazz-rock y un sinfín de estilos útiles para crear, como se propone, todo tipo de atmósferas cinemáticas.



Había momentos en que la máquina creaba dibujos atrayentes de verdad. En otros, se imponía la duda sobre si la ambición del proyecto no era demasiado grande. Finalmente, era fácil fantasear con Soler utilizando el pedal-steel (instrumento con el que es un pequeño mago) en la formación. Nos quedamos, por lo tanto, con ganas de oír qué tal el disco. Y reímos, eso sí, con los títulos de la mayoría de los temas: "Jo una vegada vaig sopar amb Samantha Fox" ("Yo una vez cené con Samantha Fox," según parece basada en hechos reales) y un prosaico... "Ous fregits" ("Huevos fritos").
