Juno Nominated for Vocal Alblum of the Year 2026 - Under the Lemon Tree is the debut EP by Canadian jazz vocalist Ale Nuñez—a six-track, 17-minute project that blends traditional vocal jazz, soul, and blues with warm piano arrangements and rich harmony vocals. Highlighting Nuñez’s expressive phrasing and rich, classic tone inspired by legends like Sarah Vaughan and Carmen McRae, the self-produced release—anchored by piano arrangements from Eric Liang and led by its standout title track—earned critical acclaim and a spot on JazzFM 91.1’s top releases of 2025.
