Album Description

The Torchlights album is a collection of current modern day standards, songs of the heart in the tradition of classic, "torch songs". They lyrically tell the stories of the human journey of love, life, relationships, romance, heartbreak and our individual lifespans into the soul. The title song, "Torchlight" touches on the story of ancestors who traveled immigrating from various lands enduring hardships for a better life so they could offer something greater for generations to come. A story of the journeys of loved ones who sacrificed and gave so much. Each of these songs is a single torchlight in our heart that we share with one another, and we carry that light with us always.
