From the vibrant energy of “Downtown,” where the groove is built and transformed fluidly, to the suspended melody of “The Crossing,” the album flows like a conversation full of nuances. The tenor sax and guitar intertwine in melodic lines that complement and challenge each other, while the piano adds harmonic colors that expand the sonic space.
