Album Description
Saturn is the first single from a new duo project of Grammy nominated musicians Rachel Eckroth and John Hadfield. Both musicians draw upon their virtuosic instrumental skills to create music where the jazz tradition and language, a unique use of electronica and explorative synthesizer soundscapes collide. The piece was conceived in Paris in Hadfield’s studio and finished in Eckroth’s studio in LA. Rachel’s interweaving vocal lines support the melodic development, and this democratic unit embraces adventure, creativity and chaos while being perfectly synchronized.
