Album Description

First version of Nommo (Vol. 2 of concert) was released in 1967 on SRP Records (Self-Reliance Productions), by Milford Graves and Don Pullen. Both artists were in the cover picture. Subsequent versions have a different cover, are credited to Milford Graves featuring Don Pullen and have only Graves in the pictures. The first re-issue has similar yellow SRP Records labels to the first release. Subsequent versions were reissued by IPS (Institute of Percussive Studies) in the same cover, but with different orange labels with the IPS logo and the A and B sides reversed.
