Album Description

George Jones' catalog gets a jazz treatment in MY GEORGE JONES SONGBOOK, a tribute album from vocalist Staci Griesbach celebrating what would have been Jones' 90th birthday. This album marks the third album in a catalog showcasing the Great American Songbook of Country Music in the style of jazz. Featuring Jazz and Americana heavyweight musicians Tamir Hendelman (Barbra Streisand), Bob Sheppard (Monkestra), Otmaro Ruiz (Diane Reeves), Stuart Duncan (Goat Rodeo), Rich Hinman (KD Lang), Jeremy Siskind and more, the album reimagines 14 classic hits from Jones six-decade recording career.
