Album Description

Alyssa Giammaria is a Toronto based vocalist and composer whose influences in her music range from jazz to classical to singer songwriter, and she enjoys blending genres to reflect her writing style. "Moments", her debut album of original music is set to release November 5th 2021. Five tracks long, it was written as a concept album rooted in a journey of inner growth, with each track representing a focal point and the arrangements written to mimic the outward expression of the inner journey. The seven piece band, (consisting of voice, three horns, piano, bass and drums), interact as if they are one moving part; yet still display the originality of their own musicianship. The themes of the songs vary from introspective and thoughtful to uplifting and energetic, each song crafting its own unique voice.
