Album Description

The very day before Vision Ahead went into the studio to record sophomore album Legacy Holder (May 2020), they performed 2 sets at Jazz Standard. This music was being performed live for the first time and what listeners will witness sounds far beyond the band's first take at the music. With Jazz Standard being one of the most significant music venues in New York City this recording relives what we once knew as live music before the effects of COVID-19. Not only does this album showcases the art form of live entertainment but it represents a culture where the audience and musicians join together turning a moment into a memory.
