vocalsAlbum Description
With the release of Just Getting Started, McIntosh sits firmly among the new vanguard of contemporary pop storytellers, blending incandescent songcraft with a genre-blurring, self-reliant sound and laser-guided creative vision. The 22-year-old independent artist has quickly drawn attention for composing small, extraordinary gems marked by clarity and candor, her emotively resonant narratives and imaginative bedroom production resulting in an undeniably universal approach.
“I’m really excited to release this EP because I worked so hard on it with my friends from school and I have been eager to put it out into the world for a while now,” Mia said, adding, “I hope people enjoy the songs as much as I enjoyed making them!”
