Healthy Trail is a chordless trio album by Philippe Crettien, written for saxophone, bass and drums. The album explores implied harmony, triadic color and elastic rhythm without relying on piano or guitar. With Barry Smith on bass and Mike Connors on drums, Crettien turns the exposed trio format into a space for movement, restraint and collective interaction.
