Album Description

The sound of Grind 3 was born in a cramped, windowless practice booth in Helsinki. There, the trio has spent countless hours isolated from the world outside in a space, where the sweaty odours and lack of oxygen have been distilled through their collective consciousness and morphed into music. The debut EP of Grind 3, conceived in these sessions, showcases the various sides of the band from sensitive, atmospheric "Tolvana" all the way to wanton and audacious "Rusinarasia".
