Album Description

“Dannate Salvatrici” is an album that represents a rite of passage, a journey into the identity of the woman that begins with the fire of the trial and leads to the absolute freedom of flight. Through the power of word and sound, the work moves within the territory of deep psychology.

"Fiamma" (also translated into French and Spanish) is the story of the Joan of Arc that lives within us all. She is the archetype of the radiant woman, the one who, by facing the flame that devours her, is able to transform pain into light in a perpetual transmutation.
"Fugadamé" represents the encounter with the shadow, a necessary moment in which the soul heals itself without shrinking from the pain of detachment, where the dream becomes a necessary tool for processing reality.

It explores the archetype of the "natural predator of the psyche". Here, the woman is self-sufficient and fully aware of her own strength: "it will take your breath away, as if life didn't give us the time to feel alive".

She breathes in the pain. This is the sacred space from which the "other" flees for fear of truly finding themselves. "The voice of my conscience" is aware that every escape is merely a longer path taken to return to the heart, to return home.
"My Perfect Breath":
The woman rediscovers herself in her breath. Everything is perfect. She is a self-healer. She carries her vital breath wherever she goes; she is a healer because she knows how to recognize the origin of pain and transform the weight on her back into self-generated strength. She reveals her vulnerability as an ultimate form of strength, without hiding behind masks of perfection.
"L'attesa di un giorno": Reconnected to her own center, she becomes the inspirer, the one who unites the past (father), the present, and the future (destiny). Her beauty is mediation; the secret image colours shadows; she is bride and lover, Heaven and earth.
"Khorakhané": "The wisdom of not knowing" is profound acceptance. The journey shifts onto the land of all. The woman is the ancient wise one, embracing her being as ash in the wind, encountering the wisdom of timeless peoples.
"Realtà non è": inspired by the text of the poem Caminante by Antonio Machado, the woman becomes the initiator. She teaches that the only reality lies in the feeling of change. Impermanence is the value of existence.
"La distanza": She becomes the guardian of the invisible presence. She does not need sight to feel. Intimacy is connection; it is the wind she feels on her skin, beyond every barrier.
"Pasarero": The woman is now a current of wings, the one who cradles the pain of the People and transforms it into "new green". She is freedom: a creature that passes through but leaves an eternal trail, ready to migrate toward an absolute blue.

The woman I wanted to sing about is a Total Woman in perpetual journey.

She is the one who speaks to the fire of her condemnations until she transforms it into healing light. She is the one who breathes in pain, identifying its genesis; she inhabits the silence and surrenders herself to the current, teaching the world that the only way to savor life is to let it flow. From the suffering of the flesh to the freedom of the spirit, the album constantly explores the boundary between presence and absence, reality and dream. A woman's value lies in her ability to be a bridge: total identity is achieved through the loss of the self in the whole, in the silence that is still, in the reality that is not.

The title "Dannate Salvatrici" (Damned Saviours) powerfully encapsulates the weight of the sacrifice of judgment and the liberation that leads to salvation. The album celebrates the triumph of the Total Woman: a figure that cannot be held back because she has learned to flow like the river and migrate like currents of wings. It is an invitation to stop looking and describing, and to start feeling.

The woman of this album is capable of weaving the natural elements: never a victim of reality through Air ("My Perfect Breath," "Realtà non è"), the spirit soars and the breath heals. Through Fire ("Fiamma"), the courage of sacrifice becomes a passion that transforms darkness into light and purification. Through Earth ("L'attesa di un giorno," "Fugadamé," "La distanza"), the concreteness of love and the nostalgia that shapes bodies are found. Through Water ("Pasarero," "Realtà non è,"Khorakhané"), the flow of time, the wisdom of not-knowing, and constant rebirth are realized.

From the flame of sacrifice to the flow of the river, this album is the story of a liberation: the passage from the woman-body to the woman-Universe. The "Damned Saviour" is she who bares her soul so that others may find their truth within it.
