Album Description
Canal Street Revolution is the new album from the multi-instrumentalist composer Evan Oberla. This record contains New Orleans R&B, Jazz, and Brass Band compositions based on interviews with New Orleans historians, poets, and musicians who give first hand accounts of their experiences with the Civil Rights Movement protests on Canal Street and the culture of New Orleans from the 1960s onwards.
