“4 Loops”— started from 4 different inspirations, looping and building, creating a perception of musical space; “in Her Way”— discovered an introversion, attempting to express in multiple ways, was a trip by herself. Voision Xi, usually active as a singer, led and participated in some splendid cooperative and band works. This is her first release of a personal instrumental EP, using OP-1 with Ableton Live to achieve “self-development”. Picking motives from past musical experiences, and reconstructing them in a totally private way, finally she produced four little stories that each represented a phase of emotion, making up a boundary-less musical portfolio. Besides the music, Voision Xi unites Eating Music Label to make a playful accessory themed by “4 Loops”. Inviting the accessory designer Shen Dianxin to design and produce, she attempts to present a creative earring unlike traditional styles, representing the multi-possibilities of acoustic perspectives.
