Don Glanden

Don Glanden was born in 1951 in Wilmington, Delaware. He began traditional classical piano lessons at the age of ten with Sarah Miller; within a year he was accompanying the elementary school chorus. He was immediately drawn to jazz after hearing Charles Freeman, the family piano tuner, play blues and standards at the conclusion of his regular tunings. A friend of trumpeter Clifford Brown, Mr. Freeman proved to be an inspiring and encouraging influence. Don’s teen years were spent at Brandywine High School, where he took three years of classical theory and played in the school’s award-winning jazz band The Blazers

ade ishs (/ʌdɛ ɪʃ/) is a songwriter and a pianist currently residing in Melbourne, Australia. His playing style revolves around contemporary jazz, classical, and meditational. ade has recorded two solo acoustic piano albums, “Visions” (2009) and “New Butterfly” (2010), and one piano trio album, “ade ishs Trio” (2013). He has performed with Dung Nguyen (Way Out West), Reyharp, Benny Likumahuwa, and many other musicians in Australia and Indonesia. Samuel Quinto Feitosa, FRSA (born September 5, 1973) is a Brazilian pianist of jazz, pop, gospel, and classical music, as well a music producer, composer, arranger, educator, and writer who has lived in Portugal since 2004. Quinto grew up in Salvador, where he developed his art mainly on piano. Samuel Quinto was born in Belém, Pará, but grew up in Salvador, Bahia. From the age of seven, he developed his musical talent by virtue of contact with the piano through the gospel, accompanied Baptist Church who attended during childhood with his family in Salvador. Then Samuel took the first steps on piano in the family home, always without accompanying teachers, and developed his piano skills learning also, as an autodidact, harmony, reading and writing music and orchestration, musical composition, arranging for the church choir, which starts playing as a pianist at age 12. In Europe Samuel Quinto published his first CD "Latin Jazz Thrill" in 2007, in Portugal, with trio formation (Bass, Piano and Drums), which forms the core of his repertoire at various festivals and concerts during the years 2007 and 2008 in Portugal, and during his 2008 tour in which shows in cities like Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Heilbronn, Liege and Limoges; plus a special concert held in Salvador in partnership with the Catholic University of Salvador in June 2008

Baptiste Trotignon

Born near Paris in 1974, Baptiste Trotignon grew up in the Loire region, outside Saumur. He started playing the piano when he was 8, and a few years later he joined the Nantes Conservatory, where he won prizes for piano and harmony. In his teenage years, he discovered and taught himself jazz and improvisation, performing his first concerts at the age of sixteen. In 1994 he appeared as actor and musician in Alain Corneau's movie "Le Nouveau Monde", deciding to move to Paris the following year. In 1998 he formed his trio with Clovis Nicolas (double bass) and Tony Rabeson (drums), and then develops his activities as a leader and signs with the independent label Naïve: released in June 2000, his debut album FLUIDE revealed him as one of the most spectacular, broad-ranging and fascinating pianists of his generation
