Daniel McDermott

Born: September 13, 1985

Daniel McDermott is a Irish composer, pianist, producer and multi-instrumentalist (10 instruments). He studied classical piano and guitar from a young age before progressing to Jazz piano/flamenco guitar and tenor saxophone in college. He studied composition to MA level. He has attained a scholarship for composition and won one prize for his orchestral work “Stab”. His music fuses classical, jazz, electronica, flamenco and world music. His second album The Lullaby wars was released on The Lullaby Wars.

Altay Bayram

Kanun(qanun) player from Macedonia. Turkish,Arabic,Grece,Macedonian and Balkan music player. He was born in Skopje - Macedonia and till living in Ohrid. He finished a highscoll and university in Turkey - Istanbul He is one of the best Kanun masters in Europe. Altay Bayram now is playing all over the world festivals and music clubs.

Stefano Zorzanello

Born: 1969

Stephen Zorzanello, musician, composer and scholar, was born in Vicenza in 1969. Since 1997,he has conducted research in the field dealing with oral history, anthropology and soundscape for RAI Radio 3 audiodocumentari Cimbra dedicated to language and culture, and Italian immigration in Australia. From '99 to 2003, he moved to Rome in collaboration with the local scene devoted to experimentation, again for Rai Radio 3 produces two cycles of five episodes of Storyville devoted to figures and Braxton E. A. Dolphy. At the same time collaborating with director Giorgio Barberio Corsetti writing incidental music performances of "The Awakening" (Bologna, Link 1997) and "Barcas" (Porto, S. João Teatro Nacional, 2000, Lisbon, Teatro Nacional D. Maria II, 2003) "Grail" (Rome Officine Molliconi, 2000) and "Woyzzeck" (Venice, coprod. The 2001 Biennale Theatre - Teatro Stabile di Perugia.

First instrument alto sax, moved on guitar, explored with synths first korg poly 800 and discovered that with a sequencer attach to couple of drum machines I could create much more. I have graduate to professional equipment, but the control I exercise over the works remains the same. I spend my time creating, composing and sharing the music that you can slide into. For I am Joe Blessett an Independent Artist expressing myself through my music.

Espen Wensaas

Espen is a positive and versatile musician who plays several different instruments. Guitars and mandolins being his main field. In addition to handle different stringed instruments such as electric guitar, acoustic guitar, mandolin, mandola and cittern, Espen can also offer music performed on the ram's horn, goat horn flute, Chinese Hulusi and other wind instruments. With good knowledge of several different music styles and with a strong connection to improvisation Espen is well equipped to provide any musical situation with something distinctive and positive.

Stanley Jason Zappa was a special guest at the 2008 edition of the Zappanale festival in Bad Doberan, Germany. Tenor saxophonist Stanley Jason Zappa is into experimental and free jazz. He has performed with Jacob Hall (bass) and Nick Skrowaczewski (vibes & drums) as the HSZ Trio, and he has done a session with Nick Skrowaczewski for WKCR radio. Together with Jeffrey Helwig (drums), Matthew Freed (bass) and Jacob Hall (bass), Stanley Jason Zappa is Sistemazione. They have recorded an album called "The Kings Of Dispassion", but it hasn't been released yet. Andy Voelker

Andy Voelker is a Berklee trained jazz musician who has studied bebop, hard bop, modern jazz, free jazz, avant guard jazz, and so called noise music. Having embraced the Boston free music scene early on, Andy has been able to incorporate many of the techniques and morals of the avant guard into a unique approach that stands out on the Boston improvisation scene.
