Mike is a freelance saxophonist, composer and woodwind instructor specializing in improvisation that spans many musical genres. He leads and writes original music for his quartet consisting of piano, bass and drums and performs regularly at the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame, Tulsa Performing Arts Center, and Ciao Primo Room. He has had the opportunity to perform for and with musicians such as Bob Mintzer, Ramsey Lewis, Steve Coleman, Frank Sinatra, Jr. and Buddy Morrow. Currently, he travels the United States full time as the saxophone player in the Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus. He has recently finished recording a first album of original music which will be available soon and digs on chess, pool, and avant garde theatre. B.M
