About this image

A certain level of artistry evolves when you combine R&B, Jazz, and Funk with trumpet, piano, and bass, and one man, singer/songwriter/producer, T. L. Williams is one of the voices of a new generation redefining today’s music. The Chicago native has found a way to weave together extreme varieties of musical genres, instrumentation, and classical pop culture, creating a new platform of true musical art, a sound that comes from a combination of growing up in a musical family, receiving mentorships from legends such as Wynton Marsalis and the late record producer, Carl Davis. The timelessly funky, 2015 hit, “Gettin’ Mo Money than You” and the majestic “Into You” continue to gain significant buzz worldwide, quickly making T. L. one of the definitive artists of the crossover fusion movement.
