Taylor ‘Princess of Percussion” Moore is an award-winning drummer/percussionist, producer, and motivational speaker from the South Side of Chicago, who, when asked how long she has been playing the drums, is quick to answer, “Since I was in utero.” Her classical music training includes playing with the Protégé Philharmonic and the All-City Concert Band in Chicago. Taylor has played with a multitude of great musicians such as smooth jazz icons Boney James, Brian Culbertson and Candy Dulfer, percussion phenomena Shelia E., singer Patrice Rushen, world-class drummer Ndugu Chancler and the late Funk Master George Duke.
