Twitter is slowly but surely becoming a much more music friendly service. First came iTunes song previews and the ability to share music with friends by linking a Twitter account to iTunes' Ping. Then came the ability to click on a Tweet with a link and view embedded media from partners like YouTube and USTREAM. Now Twiiter has expanded its list of embed partners most notably including streaming music service Rdio.
When a subscriber Tweets out a song, Rdio members can listen to full-length songs inside the details pane. Non-subsribing Twitter users will hear 30 second song previews.
Blip.tv, Instagram, SlideShare and Dipdive have also been named approved embed partners by Twitter.
