About The Temple of Art and Music

The TAM was founded by Sieng Van Tran, who named it in honour of his brother, Tam who was passionate about music and creating a fairer label. He tragically died of a brain-stem tumour, but before he passed away, Sieng promised Tam to launch an arts/music/entertainment hub designed as a complete online and offline ethical ecosystem, encompassing live and recorded music, merchandise, visual art and dining.

In its first incarnation, it was launched in 2020 as Theatrery, a mashup of ‘theatre’ and ‘eatery’, finding its ideal home in the sprawling Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant & Castle, London.

Wood Wharf TAM Vineyard & Jazz Club is a cozy basement which duplicates the E&C vibrant arts neighbourhood feel with more intimacy.

Temple of Art and Music, Smithfield has recently taken over the former Brewdog Smithfield and Draught House site, in Farringdon. Set across two floors, two bars serve an array of cocktails, wines, craft beer and a fusion menu from the West Indies and Vietnam.

TAM is known for live music ranging from Jazz, Blues, Neo Soul, Latin Jam and late night DJs at the weekends.
