The Palladium Theatre
Saturday, March 14th at 8pm
The Palladium at St. Petersburg College
253 5th Ave N
Saint Petersburg, FL 33701
Three adventurous new voices in jazz come together for one night in the spirit of collaboration of standards, re-imagined pop tunes and original music. Vocalists Whitney James, Emily Braden and Michelle Walker met in New York City where they became fast friends. They were drawn together by a mutual respect for each other’s musicianship, an admiration of each’s unique sound and the support for their separate solo careers. All are anchored in the jazz tradition of risk-taking, honest expression and storytelling, but love pushing boundaries and exploring new directions in the music. Their music and vocals will move and delight as they lift their voices in the love and light of jazz—a beautiful evening of music, laughter and friendship!
Joining the ladies are Per Danielson on piano, Alejandro Arenas on bass, LaRue Nickelson on guitar and Mark Feinman on drums.
GENERAL ADMISSION: $22 advance, $28 day of show. RESERVED: $35
