ReverbNation has acquired GigMaven as part of an ongoing effort to expand performance opportunities for the 1.7 million artists and 20,000 venues that have registered to use its online music marketing and sales platform. GigMaven helps both artists and venues book gigs online, sell tickets and promote gigs on social media. In recent months, ReverbNation has enhanced offerings to the live performance community including their popular Facebook app, Venue Profile.
