The Seabird Jazz Lounge has reopened their doors and remains one of the best jazz spots in Long Beach. Adjacent to the famous Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles, where you can enjoy your favorite plate of food, and then walk across the lobby to grab a drink and catch most current, top notch players in Jazz, Latin Jazz, Top 40 and Afo Cuban Jazz.

The Seabird Jazz Lounge's house band the Dale Black Quartet:
They play sounds of John Coltrane, Charlie Mingus and Miles Davis etc, with there own twist and improvisation. Dale Black (the musical director) is the on bass, Zane Musa on sax, Mahesh Balasooriya on piano and Paul Allen on drums.
