New School University Jazz Program Presents Star-Studded Jazz Now! Benefit Concert

New School University's Jazz & Contemporary Music Program presents a very special benefit concert, Jazz Now!, an exceptional night of live jazz featuring some of the Program's best and most talented students performing alongside an all-star lineup of faculty members and mentors, including multi-Grammy Award winning saxophonist Joe Lovano, drummer Andrew Cyrille, bassist Reggie Workman, soprano sax player Jane Ira Bloom, trumpeter Cecil Bridgewater, Tino Dorado on piano; and percussionist Jamey Haddad.

A group of New School alumni featuring Robert Glasper, Marcus Strickland, Damion Reid among others, will also perform.

Proceeds from Jazz Now! benefit the scholarship fund of New School University
