Melbourne based piano trio the Michael Story Trio are announcing the release of their new album So You Want More.
The new CD features 12 original tunes written by Michael featuring pianist Luke Howard and drummer Daniel Farrugia. The trio sound is best described as a blend of modern jazz and contemporary groove music, inspired by Bobo Stensen's trio, Medeski Martin and Wood, The Bad Plus and Brad Mehldau.
