Chicago, IL, -- 220 Communications Presents another After Hours Wine and Chocolate Tasting featuring the sounds of Jabon. Friday June 13th from 6PM to 10PM at the Southern Shore Yacht Club at 6401 South Richards in the Jackson Park Inner Harbor. Enjoy live music, food prizes and much more.
Jabon is one of the hottest Jazz Bands in Chicago with a stellar cast of jazz luminaries headed by bassist Jesse Richardson and Chip Dubose on guitar. Jesse and Chip have both have an impressive resume having played in every major venue in Chicago they have shared the stage with such greats like: The Average White Band, Aretha Franklin, Mavis Staples, Otis Clay, Otis Day and the Knights, Slave, Poi Dog Pondering, Sonia Dada, Roy Ayers, The Barkays, Dajae, Cameo, Confunkshun and Frankie Beverly and Maze.
The will be accompanied on a number of selections by a group of talented vocalists including Paulette “Passion" Stinson, Nina Rae, MASON, and for Sounds of Blackness member Wanda Lewis.
The After Hours Wine and Chocolate Tasting is a bi-monthly series produced by 220 Communications that helps feature new music and fresh tastes in a great setting. The first two events Indulgence and Art n Soul sold out. Tickets are available only online no tickets will be sold at the door.
