John McLaughlin
Touring the electric Fourth Dimension group in 2010

March 2, 2009 (Boston, MA) -- Ted Kurland Associates announces the addition of the legendary guitarist John McLaughlin to their roster for representation in North America. John McLaughlin is available for booking in North America through TKA by special arrangement with Christophe Deghelt Productions, management and exclusive International Representative for John McLaughlin.

Considered by many critics and fans to be one of the greatest guitar players of all-time, John McLaughlin has famously performed with Miles Davis and his own historic bands, The Mahavishnu Orchestra, Shakti and The Guitar Trio, which co-featured Paco de Lucia and Al Di Meola.

In 2010, McLaughlin will tour his electric Fourth Dimension Band whose explosive and uplifting force prompted Jazz Times to rave: “McLaughlin came out with a stinging attack that recalled his more aggressive, overtly cathartic electric playing from the '70s, eliciting wild cheers from the packed house..."

TKA is now booking dates for the Winter 2010 U.S. Tour (November 10 - December 10, 2010).
