Dear JJA Members,
In place of the fourth panel discussion in the Jazz Matters series, the JJA will hold a rare membership meeting next week -- Wednesday May 21, to be exact -- from 6 to 8 pm at the New School jazz and contemporary music program performance space, 55 W. 13th Street -- this time it will be on the 6th floor.
Whether you are a New Yorker or not, if you have issues or new business to be considered for the agenda, please, give 'em up by return e-mail. I will at the very least post minutes of the meeting at the Jazzhouse BBS. If the agenda gets interesting, it will be forwarded in email next week as a meeting reminder. So far:
