New Orleans guitarist Jimmy Robinson has released his first solo recording. The cd is titled “Vibrating Strings" and features Jimmy on acoustic guitars and vocals. Of the 18 cuts, 16 are original compositions, and there is a reworking of Jimi Hendrix' “The Wind Cries Mary" featuring the Bonerama Horns and an instrumental version of Led zeppelin's “Kashmir".
