Friendfinder Makes $210m Bid for Playboy

FriendFinder Networks, a social networking site, said Thursday that it had made an unsolicited $210 million bid for Playboy Enterprises.
FriendFinder, which includes a personals site as well as a a more adult option, also owns an additional 30,000 Web sites, the company said.
MarketWatch reported that the Playboy board promised to consider the offer, after founder Hugh Hefner offered to take the company private for about $184 million.
