Theodore Croker, 17, has been selected to be the 2002-03 Jazz Artist in Residence at the Ritz Theatre in Jacksonville, Florida. Cuba charged that the U.S. government has not granted visas to 22 Cuban artists nominated for Latin Grammys, which will be broadcast from Los Angeles Wednesday evening.
