Schedule Is Jam-Packed With Big Names
(Hollywood, CA) - April 27, 2006 - Steve Huffsteter Big Band and Poncho Sanchez are just a couple of the many renowned jazz performers who will be blowing their horns and beating their drums as the Hollywood & Highland Center's Summer Wine & Jazz Concert Series sponsored by kjazz 88.1fm radio station returns in June.
(Back by overwhelming demand, this summer's jazz concert series is bigger, better and hotter than previous years. Top bands, ensembles, trios and quartets will be performing a variety of jazz styles under the summer stars every Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Central Courtyard (Level 2) of the center.

Each week a different winery will showcase a selection of wines, including: Malibu Family Wines (June 13th), Red Diamond Wines (July 11th), Wilson Creek Winery (July 18th), Joseph Filippi Winery Cucamonga (July 25th) and Rex Goliath Winery (August 15th). All proceeds from the wine bar will directly benefit Project Angel Food (www.angelfood.org) -- an organization whose mission is to deliver free and nutritious meals to men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS and other serious illness.
