View read count
SoundCtrl, in conjunction with Pepsico, are sending five music tech companies to SXSX—free of charge. This is the second installment of their FlashFWD program. With it, SoundCtrl crowd-sources their readers to nominate innovative music tech companies.

Once a company receives 50 nominations, they are added to a list of which 5 are chosen as winners by the SoundCtrl board. The winners have free trip to SXSW where they are honored at the FlashFWD reception. In 2010 SoundCtrl gave free trips to Indaba Music, Hype Machine, Rockdex, Big Live, and Jingle Punks.

The polls are open until Feb. 16. You can nominate someone here. Additional support for this project comes from additional support from Eventbrite and .Music.
