Bassist Ben Williams has attracted international attention since winning the Thelonious Monk Award in 2009. His band will perform May 22 at 8 p.m. at the Spa Little Theater, Avenue of the Pines, Saratoga Springs, NY.
The concert is part of Saratoga Performing Arts Center's extended season series.
The band will include a collection of today's young jazz stars including pianist Aaron Goldberg, saxophonist Marcus Strickland, guitarist Matthew Stevens and drummer Otis Brown III.
