New York, NY—The Back Alley Players perform live every Tuesday night at 8:00 PM at Ashford & Simpson's legendary Sugar Bar in NYC as the house band in its weekly Tuesday night “Nuttin' But the Blues" series hosted by Nick Ashford of Ashford and Simpson which frequently features multiple guests. Yet on Tuesday, December 14th, 2010, sitting in with the band will be special guest David Bennett Cohen, the original pianist for Country Joe and the Fish and a dynamic live performer and respected music educator.
