ask.com Search Boxes to Pop up on Photobucket

On the heels of a matchup between Getty Images and Yahoo-owned Flickr, Ask.com on Thursday announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with photo Web site Photobucket.

The Ask.com search box will now be featured throughout Photobucket.com, allowing Photobucket users to do searches within the Web site. Display ads and sponsored listings will also be syndicated on Photobucket.

Photobucket, which was acquired by News Corp. in May 2007, has approximately 44 million monthly unique users worldwide, according to the company.

“Photobucket has one of the largest online audiences, and now Ask.com provides these consumers with the answers to the questions they ask every day," Andrew Moers, senior vice president and general manager for Ask.com's Partner Network, said in a statement.
