AMR JAZZ FESTIVAL proposes 5 concerts series which present some talents from the local or regional area, and some internationally reknown artists: Joe Fonda, Jerry Granelli, Fred Frith, Yves Robert, Henri Texier.
The AMR is also an association which manages in a building (which has just been renewed and enlarged) daily jazz workshops ; it welcomes in its two halls, daily concerts of regional and international artists.
It also publishes a monthly magazine ; it takes part in a variety of events, and it organises festivals.
The AMR is therefore an association which is unique in Europe in its ambitions, its management and its function which are totally devoted to Jazz and improvised music, and whose culmination is the organisation of a festival every year.
