Join the National Endowment for the Arts and Jazz at Lincoln Center for a celebration of the 2010 NEA Jazz Masters: Muhal Richard Abrams, Kenny Barron, Bill Holman, Bobby Hutcherson, Yusef Lateef, Annie Ross, Cedar Walton, and George Avakian (A.B. Spellman NEA Jazz Masters Award for Jazz Advocacy). The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis and special guests play the night away, honoring the work of these fine artists.
Although this event is technically sold out, we strongly encourage those interested in attending to come to the Jazz at Lincoln Center box office before 7pm on the day of the event. Reserved tickets that have not been picked up by 7pm will be offered to the public on a first-come, first- served basis.
