Victor Romanelli
Albuquerque guitarist, Vic Romanelli grew up in Staten Island New York and in high school studied with guitarist Chuck Wayne and Peter Prisco, where he learned the all instrument "Lennie Tristano method" of improvisation. He played in the Staten Island Children's jazz workshop with then young drummer Kenny Washington and proceeded to play in the local Staten Island/New Jersey scene of the 1970s - what he likes to call "Philly Soul." He currently plays with his group the Lab Cats at St. Clair Winery and Bistro and other establishments.
