Vance Adair

Vance Adair has been singing since the age of 12. A career in higher education meant that he put aside his musical ambitions for some time. However, he returned to the scene 4 years ago and has enjoyed gigs and residencies throughout Scotland ever since. In 2004 the Glasgow Herald stated that Vance "has one of the classiest voices in the business: unlike many of the other pseudo-crooners on the Scottish scene at the moment, Vance is the real deal. A joy." Vance performs regularly with his musical partner, acclaimed veteran jazz pianist Ronnie Findlay, who provides the accompaniment on some of these tunes. As the occasion dictates, Vance also performs with bands of all shapes and sizes. He currently lives in Aberdeen. It is Vance's ambition to communicate and collaborate with the very best musicians from Scotland and beyond.
