Raphaelle O'Neal

Raphaelle O'Neil is a New Orleans–based independent writer, performer, actor, activist, guerilla reporter and poet who has done much theater & performance art. She is a climate engineering awareness activist, a weather modification historian, and an exposer of weaponized weather technology. She became a very dear friend of Billie Davies when she lived in New Orleans, and Billie always liked her voice so she became part of “Time to Cut Loose”. She has published articles and maintained an online presence focused on topics including geoengineering, aviation contrails, vaccines, environmental issues, and government transparency.

She has:

  • Written articles for outlets such as The Liberty Beacon Project, including pieces about contrails, geoengineering, and vaccination.
  • Authored a children's book titled Funny Clouds: A Chemtrail Tale, which presents the idea that "chemtrails" are real.
  • Produced online video content discussing weather modification and related topics.
