Ove Ingemarsson Quartet: New Blues

New Blues offers more than an hour of agreeable post bop jazz, handsomely wrapped and ably performed by tenor saxophonist Ove Ingemarsson's quartet from Sweden, similar to much of what I've heard from other groups here and abroad. That's the good news. The bad news is that it's similar to much of what I've heard from other groups here and abroad.
