Nypan Trio
This organ trio from Trondheim are releasing their debut album “Directions” and celebrating with a concert during Jazzfest.
The three musicians have started within the american organ jazz tradition with references to artists like George Benson and Dr. Lonnie Smith, but have gradually developed their own, modern style – their own direction.
The original sonds the bands serves up are melodic, hard swinging and brimful of soul.
