Back in the late 1940s, the number of radio stations in the U.S. multiplied rapidly thanks to the F.C.C.'s willingness to hand out licenses. Back in the late 1950s, Larry and Toni Green created a series of radio jingles for WNEW-AM in New York. Larry wrote the jingle's melody line and his wife Toni wrote the lyrics.
