John Stolfe

As an active music instructor, I have operated an independent private percussion studio since September 2005, where I provide private percussion lessons, master classes and group ensemble instruction. Through my private studio, I have coordinated, sponsored and facilitated various workshops with industry performing artists and leading educators in the field of percussion education.

With over seven years experience in school settings, I am experienced as a drum line coach, percussion ensemble director, and clinician. I have provided educational/consultative services to various grade schools, middle schools and high schools within the S.E. Wisconsin and Northern Illinois areas.

Additionally, I have over 22 years professional performance experience as a percussionist, performing with numerous, jazz, concert, classical, theatrical and liturgical groups through out Illinois and Wisconsin.
